We have a private online area called My.Scout which enables you to see how your child is progressing with their badges. This area also allows you to see the programme for the term so you can see want we will be doing, as well as sending you invitations to upcoming events (such as camps or hikes) by email.

Parents do not need to remember usernames and passwords – as private secure links sent in emails take them straight to the relevant page that needs their action, which typically takes just one click. Parents can also create an account if they wish to view how their child is doing and access this area at any time.

This area is also used to keep you personal contact details up to date so we can contact you if needed

We understand that your children’s privacy is very important however we also would want to publish pictures of our events so you can see the fun they have. So we have put in the personal details area for you to tell us if you want or do not want your child’s pictures to be used on the website. Please enter in here “Yes” or “No’ so we know what we can use or tell us with a email and we will update your account. if the section is left blank then we think this is a “Yes” and we can use the pictures

We will only ever show picture without names anyway and of course will remove any pictures you are not happy with even if you have given you permission to use them.
