Our leadership team is entirely made up of volunteers who enjoy running cub meetings! All adult leaders have training and a CRB check, and there is always at least one adult who is first aid qualified.
If you would like the opportunity to do something you’d never thought of doing, while having lots of fun and giving back to the community at the same time, please get in touch – we can always do with more leaders!
“I was a Girl Guide and then a Venture Scout. I have two sons in the Highcliffe Scout group, and I have been Highcliffe Cub Scout leader since September 2009. I enjoy camping and many other outdoor activities including hiking, abseiling and sailing.”
“I first joined the Highcliffe Scout Group as a Cub in 1955 and went on to become a Scout. I later returned to the Pack when my son was a Cub, and became Assistant Cub Leader in 1986. I enjoy camping and sailing.”
“I am fairly new to Scouting having joined the Group as Assistant Cub Leader in October 2012. I have a daughter in the Group and have discovered it is never too late to join The Scout Movement and enjoy the various activities it offers! I have always enjoyed outdoor activities including snowboarding, windsurfing and mountain biking.”
